Dracula (1931)
The infamous Transylvanian vampire, Count Dracula (Bela Lugosi), finds a new residence in London, England after he takes advantage of a real estate agent. He thrives in the dark searching for potential victims to feed from and sleeps soundly in his coffin during the day.
This film adaptation was inspired by the 1924 stage play written by Hamilton Deane and John L. Balderston, as well as Bram Stoker’s classic book by the same name.
