Talking Books & Braille

The New Jersey State Library Talking Book & Braille Center (TBBC) is a library that provides no-cost, home-delivered services, on behalf of the National Library Service for the Blind and Print Disabled to children, teens and adults in New Jersey who have difficulty reading standard print or trouble holding a book. These services are free to anyone who is blind, low-vision, or otherwise print-disabled.

TBBC also offers members a free no-cost audio news service from the National Federation of the Blind: NFB-NEWSLINE . Included is access to more than 500 publications, emergency weather alerts, job listings, and more. It’s as easy as dialing a phone!
