Sundance Kid (Robert Redford) and Butch Cassidy (Paul Newman), two outlaws in the Old West, try to find the best and quickest ways to get rich. When they decide to rob a train with their fellow outlaws, everything goes horribly wrong. With no other option, they decide to make a run for it.
This critically acclaimed film won an Oscar at the 1970 Academy Awards for Best Writing, Story and Screenplay Based on Material Not Previously Published or Produced, Best Cinematography, and Best Music – Original Score for a Motion Picture (not a Musical). Furthermore, this film won also won a Golden Globe at the 1970 Golden Globes ceremony for Best Original Score.
