The Friends of the West Milford Township Library present an afternoon with the best male pop vocalists of the 50’s, 60’s and 70’s! Gordon will share stories and songs from all the best crooners like Nat King Cole, Perry Como, Tony Bennett, Bobby Darin, Andy Williams, Johnny Mathis, Englebert Humperdink, Tom Jones, Dean Martin and Frank Sinatra! Hear favorites such as L-O-V-E, Papa Loves Mambo, Just in Time, I Left my Heart in San Francisco, Beyond the Sea, Mack the Knife, Can’t Take my Eyes Off You, Moon River, Our Day Will Come, Chances Are, It’s Not Unusual, Ouando Quando Quando, Release Me, Everybody Loves Somebody, That’s Life, and Strangers in the Night.

Gordon James
Based out of New Jersey, USA, Gordon James, is a sought after performer, composer, arranger, producer & recording artist preparing to make a huge splash in the International music markets. Smoothjazz.com has referred to him as one of the “smooth Jazz elites on trumpet & flugelhorn.” Gordon James has been categorized with other Jazz heavyweights such as: Chris Botti, Rick Braun & Greg Adams. Stylistically, he has been compared to: Chet Baker, Miles Davis & Chuck Mangione.
Gordon will be accompanied by his long-time piano player, collaborator, and friend, Mark Minchello.
