Join us for an informative event featuring Jonathan Haidt’s #1 New York Times bestseller, The Anxious Generation. Teen mentor and parent coach Maggie DiPasquale unpacks Haidt’s #1 bestseller with an ability to clarify and engage.
With rates of teen anxiety, depression, and self-harm on the rise, Maggie explores how “screen-based childhoods” are reshaping adolescent development. Using her lens as a wellness counselor, she’ll connect key insights from Haidt’s book to the challenges she sees unfolding in her private practice and share practical strategies for parents to support their children’s emotional and mental well-being.
Registration is required for this adult program. Maggie will present her program and then open the floor to questions/discussion. For more information, please feel free to contact us at 973-728-2822 or stop by next time you are at the library. To participate, please register below.
