Sunshine’s Good Health Talks

Join herbalist, John Malatras for an open discussion as to how we can improve our health and well being. We will explore the world of diets, from carnivore to vegetarian, and how they impact the human body. We will discuss the latest developments in the herbal and natural medicine realm that can help us live healthier and longer.

There will be selected prize giveaways and consultations after the talk are encouraged and of no charge. Please bring any dietary supplements that you may have questions about, or items that you want evaluated for nutritional quality. Participants are encouraged to bring in their favorite recipes and John will assist with making them more healthful!
