Gentle Yoga With Michelle – Virtual – September 6

Gentle Yoga with Michelle is a less intense, non-strenuous, and quieter form of yoga that focuses on revitalizing the body, relaxing the mind, and reducing stress from within. Michelle Brook is a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher certified by the American Yoga Academy.

Gentle Yoga with Michelle is an IN-PERSON and VIRTUAL program that is offered twice this month.

This registration is for the VIRTUAL option only. You will receive a Zoom link shortly before the program begins. If you register less than an hour before the program, you will need to contact our staff at 973-728-2822 to get the link.
