Gentle Yoga With Michelle – In Person – September 6

Gentle Yoga with Michelle is a less intense, non-strenuous, and quieter form of yoga that focuses on revitalizing the body, relaxing the mind, and reducing stress from within. Michelle Brook is a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher certified by the American Yoga Academy.

Gentle Yoga with Michelle is an IN-PERSON and VIRTUAL program that is offered twice this month. This session will take place in Rooms 6 & 7.

This registration is for the IN-PERSON option only and limited to 15 participants.

Please have a Mexican blanket or other small blanket or large towel with you for the class. These will be used for sitting and to cushion the knees.
