Gentle Yoga With Michelle – IN-PERSON – March 15

Gentle Yoga with Michelle is a less intense, non-strenuous, and quieter form of yoga that focuses on revitalizing the body, relaxing the mind, and reducing stress from within. Michelle Brook is a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher certified by the American Yoga Academy.

Gentle Yoga with Michelle is an IN-PERSON and VIRTUAL program that is offered three times this month. This registration is for the IN-PERSON option only and is limited to 15 participants.
