Gentle Yoga with Michelle

Gentle Yoga with Michelle is a less intense, non-strenuous, and quieter form of yoga that focuses on revitalizing the body, relaxing the mind, and reducing stress from within. Michelle Brook is a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher certified by the American Yoga Academy.

6:30 PM – 7:45 PM

Gentle Yoga with Michelle is an IN-PERSON only program that is offered twice this month. This session will take place in Rooms 6 & 7.

This registration is limited to 15 participants.

Please bring a yoga mat, Mexican blanket, other small blanket, or a large towel with you for the class. These will be used for sitting and to cushion the knees.
