Gentle Yoga with Michelle is a less intense, non-strenuous, and quieter form of yoga that focuses on revitalizing the body, relaxing the mind, and reducing stress from within. Michelle Brook is a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher certified by the American Yoga Academy.
This registration is for Virtual Only.
You must register at least 2 hours before the Zoom meeting to get the link. The final email is sent 1 hour before the meeting. After that you will need to contact our staff at 973-728-2822 to get the link.
