Gentle Yoga with Michelle

Let go of stress and find strength, balance, and joy in a gentle yoga class for adults. Michelle Brook, 200 hour Registered Yoga teacher certified by the American Yoga Academy, will lead this virtual class. Please register and complete the required waiver form below. The day before the class, you will receive an email with a link to join the class.
