Readers of all ages are invited to the West Milford Township Library Literary Expo 2019 on Saturday, October 19 from 1:00-4:00 p.m. Our second annual local author day event will be a day to celebrate our local writing community!
Our day begins with our keynote event, Director Ricardo Pino In Conversation with John Grant.
Mr. Grant is an award-winning author of over 80 books. Among his many achievements, Mr. Grant has won two Hugo Awards, as well as spoken by invitation at the Library of Congress.
The Literary Expo will also feature readings from two special guest authors: Laurie Byro and N. West Moss. Ms. Byro is a poet who is published widely in University presses and was recently appointed Poet in Residence at Pacem in Terris in Warwick, New York. N. West Moss is the winner of three Faulkner-Wisdom gold medals. Her first book of short stories The Subway Stops at Bryant Park was published in 2017.
Readers are then invited to spend the afternoon meeting our talented local authors! Each of our local authors will be hosting their own table-talks. Our table-talks are designed to give our authors the opportunity to share their stories, as well as make their books available for purchase and signing.
Mark your calendar and get ready to read local at the WMTL Literary Expo 2019!
