West Milford area seniors, do you have stories to share? We want you to be part of a weekly writing workshop where we will learn to write and shape your family stories to share with the people you love. We’ll do writing exercises together, interview one another, discuss the craft of writing, read one another’s stories, and polish them up together!
Your instructor is author and resident N. West Moss who teaches at Montclair State University and Gotham in New York City. Her work has appeared in The New York Times and The Saturday Evening Post. Ms. Moss has an MA in English Education, an MFA in Creative Writing, and is currently enrolled in Columbia University’s Narrative Medicine program.
Each session will meet from 9:00-11:00 a.m. on Saturday: January 19, January 26, February 2, and February 9. On Saturday, February 23 from 9:00-11:00 a.m., invite your friends and family to a reading to celebrate your stories!
Registration is required and is limited to 10. Please register only if you are able to attend all workshop sessions. Register online here, by calling 973-728-2822, or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
