Join a Gentle Yoga class at the West Milford Township Library with Michelle Brook, a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher certified by the American Yoga Academy.
Our next Gentle Yoga class meets from 6:30 to 7:45 p.m. on Wednesday, November 16, and you can participate in person or on Zoom.
