Mindfulness Meditation & Stress Reduction

Experience peace and calm, and take home tools to relax the mind and body in a nourishing and healing workshop on Thursday, November 29 from 7:00-8:30 p.m. Lindsey Sass, Director of NJ Healing Center, will gently guide and introduce various modalities of Meditation learned from two Master Tibetan Monks. Learn about the psychological benefits and history of meditation; the various techniques of mantra, visualizations, and breathing; and stretching exercises.
